Where's the cheese?

I am currently on the quest to lose my next 100 pounds. Its a long road ahead and so I am starting to write it all down.

I named this blog because I love cheese... hence the name of my blog.

(Although Manchego is spelled wrong in my blog's name)

So now most of my blogging will be about the things that go on in mind reguarding my weight loss.
